These terms apply to your use of the Pagehour app. By using the app you agree to them.
The app
- What it does: Pagehour helps you log reading time and pages, keep a streak and see your progress.
- Where your data lives: your data is stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping a backup (Profile → Export, free) if you want to keep your data when you change or reset your phone.
Pagehour Pro
- What it unlocks: Pagehour Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription. It unlocks the Pro features described in the app, such as full stats history, streak repair and streak freezes.
- Plans: yearly with a free trial, or monthly. Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
- Payment: it is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
- Renewal: the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Cancelling: manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the current period ends.
- Free trial: any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds: Apple handles refunds under its own policies.
Book data
- Sources: book details and covers come from Open Library and Google Books. They are provided as-is and may be incomplete or wrong.
- Missing books: if a book is missing or wrong, you can add it manually.
Acceptable use
Don't use the app to break the law, or to interfere with the services it connects to.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data. Keep an export if your reading history matters to you.

- These terms are between you and ACEFINA LLC, not Apple.

Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version.
